This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the knowledge and understanding to safeguard and protect children, young people and adults at risk of harm and abuse in the workplace, as well as how to recognise the signs and symptoms and respond to evidence or concerns that a vulnerable person has been abused.
This qualification is also suitable for those who have a specific responsibility in safeguarding and protecting in environments such as the NHS, education providers and social services.
All pricing is inclusive of VAT. For training outside of our core delivery area (North West, Midlands and West Yorkshire), additional costs for travel and accommodation may apply.
English Language
Learners should have, at a minimum, language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening at Ofqual Level 1 or an equivalent standard. If you are unsure whether you meet this requirement, please contact us.
The method of assessment for this qualification is by Multiple Choice Examination (MCQ).
As this qualification is regulated in England, the assessments are conducted in English. It is important that learners have reasonable abilities in English language to have a fair opportunity to being successful.
Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Safeguarding Children, Young People and Adults at Risk (RQF) e-Certificate.

Yes. FGH Training delivers this as a regulated qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework, and successful learners receive a Level 3 Award in Principles of Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People or Vulnerable Adults after completion.
