Conflict Management Bespoke

Course Overview

This unaccredited course, delivered by FGH Training, can be tailored to suit a variety of workplaces, including hospitality, retail, events, and other customer-facing environments. It provides learners with essential knowledge and practical techniques for managing conflict and promoting safe working practices.

Learners will:

• Develop an understanding of workplace violence within their specific sector, including the responsibilities of employers and employees under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
• Explore the core principles of risk assessment and risk management, applying them to real-world conflict situations that may arise in environments such as hospitality venues, retail stores, or event spaces.
• Recognise the impact of workplace violence on individuals, and understand the importance of providing effective support for victims across different industry settings.
