This unaccredited course, delivered by FGH Training, is designed specifically for individuals working in the hospitality industry and provides essential knowledge and practical skills for managing conflict within licensed hospitality venues.
Learners will:
Develop an understanding of workplace violence in hospitality settings, including the responsibilities of employers and employees under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Learn the key principles of risk assessment and risk management relevant to hospitality environments, with a focus on preventing and responding to conflict situations involving customers or colleagues.
Recognise the impact of workplace violence on hospitality staff, and understand the importance of providing effective support for affected individuals.
All pricing is inclusive of VAT. For training outside of our core delivery area (North West, Midlands and West Yorkshire), additional costs for travel and accommodation may apply.
English Language
Learners should have, at a minimum, language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening at Ofqual Level 1 or an equivalent standard. If you are unsure whether you meet this requirement, please contact us.
